Still feels like I'm not getting anything done in a day. There's still so much unpacking to do.

At least it's summer and nice outside smile

wish there was a quarter machine in our apt complex. Need to go to the bank and buy some.

Walk to the bank and enjoy the sun! I am of course assuming the bank is not to far away.
jeremydean:
Supermarkets don't usually charge for quarters, but may not always have extra rolls, or enough to get the job done. Earlier the better.
Also...a trick I learned is if you have a soda or snack machine in your apt community, try feeding it bills, then hit the 'change' button or lever. In my experience, it always gives back quarters for change. You can do the same with smaller coins: feed nickels and dimes, then hit change, get quarters returned. smile

Still unpacking but I should be done soon, maybe by Sunday. Can't wait to be done with it. there is so much stuff in my apartment. It's pretty much like walking though hallways in the entire place. My room is almost done and today it the day to set up bookcases (which constitutes the majority of my furniture). I have such a long list of...

wow I love having my cooking implements. Made hashbrowns, and cream of wheat with strawberries and peaches (all from local farms) and a pumpkin spice, almond milk latte....it's amazing what one can do with a proper kitchen

Might have a new set in the works for September. Can't wait. I think by then I'll have quite my min-wage job to focus on school and live off of gov'mint monays for a while.

The 9/11 GI bill is so great. I only wish that it would get me all the way through my bachelors and into my masters. right now it's looking like...

remind me to find out what the name is and give you a full review, this coming weekend. I will have completed my African history final by then and will have commenced with the...

The yams were growing, the white man showed up, then all the yams died.
3. Seattle: get here soon! Summer may be ending today! Or tomorrow!

listened to a live performance of "the pale king" by david foster wallace on NPR. It was amazing, but not very uplifting (to say the least). I was listening on my way home from my stint at the library. I imagine that the book is some what of a hard read but listening to it preformed live was great! It's defiantly true literature. (as I...
