Almost finished my steam punk skirt yesterday. Just have the lining to do. There is Spocon this weekend so I'm hoping to go tomorrow and reveal my new outfit 
I forgot how much I love sewing. I didn't get to do it much in BE because sewing machines don't do well with power transformers.

I got in to the Departmental Honors Program at my school! I didn't get the scholarship, they only give out 20 to transfers, but I did get into the program. I'm going to be getting a new achademic advisor and get involved in all kinds of extra projects. Not to mention the most important thing of all, the "with honors" designation on my diploma....
