Thank you to everyone for your responses. We had our meeting today and the issue is being dealt with accordingly, apparently he has had issues in the past with students, and the dean of the department said he has warned him in the past that if he doesn't watch what he says one of these days someone is going to kick the crap out of him.
Anyway's we are going to continue to work with the school, and im going to do some background research and pull up his past incidents with students then go from there, I stand by what said no human being, no matter who you are has any right to say something like this, especially a teacher.
