i think part of the thing you need to stop old patterns is awareness. you have to be able to realize what you're doing and why you're doing it pretty much all the time. and soon you'll start to question everything you do, why you do it and be able to make better patterns and habits for yourself.

if you're trying to find new ways to go about life without repeating the same things over and not learning from them, then you really need to understand why it is you are doing what you're doing right now. because you want to? because that's what you always do? because if you do this.. then that will happen? sometimes it helps to think of things that you want to do ahead of time.. and then make a point of actually DOING these things. intent and will. very important things to implement into your life to create changes around you.

you defintely seem to have a good grasp on things, if you ask me. and when you don't? being as cute as you are always tends to help.

I have six cats, well, there more like kids. They sure as hell eat better than I do. I really like other cat people, maybe that's why I like your cat hat set so much! ;-)

cats are a trip. our cat often will go put his claws on one certain spot of one certain chair, and then turn around and look at me, saying "so whaddya gonna do about it". he only does this when the door is open and he knows he can run out of the apartment quicker than I can catch him.

do your cats play stupid when you scold them? mine does... when he's doing something he knows annoys me, he does this routine where he stares at the celing, the wall, whatever, pretending he doesn't understand. I mean, my cat's a dork, but I know he understands a lot more than he lets on somtimes

they played for like 2+ hours, it was so awesome. the croud was going crazy, the whole floor felt like it was moving.

Usually when the idle drops and surges, it's a vacuum leak or a bad 02 sensor, it could also be the temp sensor screwed into the bottom of the radiator tank.... - S.
