I started yoga today. It was great.

I never gave much thought to exercise because I'm a naturally active person, but after a year of doing the SG desk job it feels great to move again. No more hunching up in front of the computer. I think i'll try quitting smoking again too perhaps.

i have been going through weird musical phases the past week. first i would onlyl listen to classical music, opera, then it was salsa, then guitar quartets, now i have the soundtrack of RENT on repeat.

oh boy. i love my life.
