Always pay it forward....it is the best thing you can do for the hope of others and your own soul. I do little things like that all the time. Sometimes paying someone else toll or giving a customer the extra change they need. One time after Valentine's Day I went in to the grocery store and bought all the discount flowers they had and put them in a basket and passed them out downtown. It never ceases to amaze me how such a small gesture can brighten the worst day.

Although recently I have been trying to be more helpful. I've noticed that ever since having moved to the city my generosity and compassion has gone down a few notches and I'm attempting to return.
I think there's actually a unofficial day thats been titled as the random act of kindness day.
If you're ever in the Washington Sq area and find yourself with a hankerin for coffee you should go to Vbar on Sullivan, tis where I work and I'll hook you up =)
