this fucking rain refuses to quit. thanks a lot climate change. i cant wait to see how much snow we get this winter GODDAMN.

ahhhhh my first day off since i got back from Mexico i slept till noon and it felt amazing.
my restaurant is closed next week for renovations and im so excited just to lay around and cook and craft.
ahhhh
i wish i could live the dream of being a 1950's housewife... just cook and play dress up and drink martinis all day...alas.

just made some amazing roasted chickens for my best friends and my brother, creamed potatoes and green beans. yum yum, i dont eat meat but somehow i got the strange feeling that those chickens would have been happy to give their lives, if they knew they would become so delicious. hahaha.
mmmm anyway...watching bill mahr with anthony bourdain... im such a foodie nerd.
