It sucks major balls.  I know what it's like being screwed over by an apartment complex and having no way to pay for it.  I hope you find a solution and place really soon, try to keep your head up!

Remember if they rent your apartment they MUST give you back the money - if you have a standard TAA lease. There are two resources available to you to get your money back - Texas Tenant's Union (txtenant.org) and the City of Dallas also has rules (http://goo.gl/x7svCN).
