Hopefully I'm not out of line here, but if I see a decent to great set then go to the profile and it's completely empty, I usually don't bother liking/commenting either.  I like to support the girls that really want to be a part of and enrich the community.  Like many others, I feel that's what sets SG apart from any other site...it's not just a picture dump. It's important to keep that community feel or else it'll become "just another site" and lose it's identity.

As for your job, if your employer could possibly give you up then he's a waste of space and you can do better. Intelligence and enthusiasm are the most important attributes of the best employees and if he doesn't see it then he's an ignoramus. I'm certain that your work is excellent and they should be begging you to come back, no matter what. I'm being completely serious. Lastly, I strongly suspect we have the same conversational style!

I know I've already told you about the new set i have coming out in just shy of 4 months by @smashbase but I wanted to tell you again haha I HAVE A SET COMING OUT IN JUST SHY OF 4 MONTHS BY SMASHBASE! It is probably the more exciting things in my life that hold no stress to it. It's a nice thing haha.
