I could not function without my massage therapist. You need to take care of your body because the work is tough on your hands, arms, shoulder and back. My therapist does yoga and lots of stretching, especially between clients. Use hydro therapy. Hot and cold. Try to exercise. You have to be in great shape to keep at this. Thank you for sharing. I know why I write here... this is a positive place and me and my family need positive vibes.... today my dad was in hospital for a heart exam.... but during it he had an heart attack and fortunately doctors saved him... Now he is still at hospital and he seems so fragile.... I'm so scared and so sad :(
