You're very wise! I feel much the same way about most of those things, only it took me longer to reach those conclusions ;-) But the one thing I really would tell my 5- (or 20-) years younger self is to acquire a thicker skin, let the dogs bark while the caravan marches on, and not get too downbeat about the little setbacks in life. Life has a way of moving on, and many of the worries that seem big to us look a lot smaller when looking back at them.

@osdon I like my natural hair color (you see it in both my sets, but it's not the one I have right now), but I really feel like changing EVERYTHING about it, I'd like some teal/deep green color, but that would be hard to explain at work, so I think I'll get a more acceptable red, even if fire-red is as unnatural just as blue, it is always easily to accept from "normal" people like the ones I'm working with...
