I got my spine xrayed today and got adjusted by a chiropractor and had QUITE the experience..

A good one! But man, is the human body strange..

Have you ever been? What was your experience like?

I’ll tell you more about mine too if you want..

Haha I cried and laughed..

@gadget If you find yourself driving through Claremont, CA I'll recommend one I trust if it seems silly that I couldn't find one closer it's because while I'm aware that there is a science it's interesting how I can go to him for an "adjustment" and feel so much relief without anxiety and only a few specific and almost "routine" corrections. I've seen a few videos of people getting "complete adjustments" that last over an hour and they make me nervous. My Chiropractic Dr has admitted that there are patients for whom that's a requirement but more targeted regular adjusts are better to avoid muscle fatigue and anxiety in patients. But as @twizz states above a good chiropractor isn't going to "cure" your pain but she or he will help you both manage and potentially make you aware of correctable habits or reoccurring strains that may compound your discomfort.
