I took a Real Estate class over the internet. The only class you really need before you take the State test is 'Principles of California Real Estate' Then you can get your license and you have 18 months to complete two other classes.
I took the class from Rockford University, they send you the text in the mail along with your sing in and password to the web class. You have to complete 45 hours and pass the class with 70% or high. The class is very easy but it is allot of LAW and that is what I am interested in.

I was there but didnt see you so I split cause Jessie was in the car and Im uptight about parking in SF now cause some crackhead tried to break into the Cobra on Van Ness a while back, in broad daylight.
