I am sorry you are going through this. You said that you tried neurotin previously and that it didn't work. Do you have documentation, perhaps from the doctor who originally prescribed Lyrica? Documentation that neurotin failed you previously can help a primary care doctor or neurologist demonstrate to the insurance company that Lyrica is justified. Is your primary aware of your past history with neurontin? If so is she/he supportive of a switch to Lyrica? I hope the best for you.
