Counting flusspferde in my sleep is so much easier now that my bed frame is assembled.

Instead of the Super Bowl, I hunted giant flusspferde at Rite Aid. So far, no casualties.

I also got fitted today for my new Jessica Rabbit latex dress by Tressa of Fierce Couture clothing. You may have seen her on Bravo's "Launch My Line." My friends amaze and inspire me.

Now I must prep for my Tampa trip. Do my suitcases ever get any rest?

Is Rite-Aid the natural environment for flusspferden?
bellyjack:
Word to the wise - never go on a flusspferden expedition while wearing bright colors. It'll enrage them, and that's how roll-over accidents happen. eeek

Now that I am back in Los Angeles, it's time to reacquaint myself with what I left. First off, I need to address certain relationships. One sticks out more than the others, so I address this here.

I did a Google search on "silent treatment" and found a few interesting sites. First is this from http://elyntromey.com/therapyblog/?p=78:

Funny how life turns out....one of my closest friends is buying Moonshadows lesbian bar. I may be seriously involved with the place now.

congrats to you both.

It's trite but true - when one door closes another opens.

Does it make any sense to set up a small comfy chair/bookshelf nook off to the side, or is the pace of the place too wild for that? smile

baudot is my numero uno. Even though he's all the way in Alabama, he sent me two soups, oatmeal, and a breakfast burrito to my door through LA Bite. OMG! What a sweetheart! The rest can roast in Hell.

Your Emerson quote is harmonious with the vibe.

Been to hell. Their air conditioning is always on the blink - can't decide whether it's due to poor maintenance practices, or by design. This matters, because if the former Satan's customer support reeks, but if the latter he's right on the ball.

I have had the flu for the past two days. My fever was up to 100.6 F yesterday night. Today it was 99.3 F. I was incredibly disappointed in the response from my "friends." I live alone so I have no one to take care of me. Poor me, right? Well, sick people do deserve some compassion in my opinion. I try to offer my...

Oh, and on the flu front: I use a standard cocktail of high-dose vitamin C and zinc, an extra multivitamin, echinacea (double the USRDA dosage, double the frequency) and black tea.
