I never realized how much I came to expect greatness from Levi's until I received the stupidest jeans ever. So I wrote them a letter smile :

haha wow that is such a well written letter and should bring Levi's down to their knees! I personally don't wear Levi's although my boyfriend adores them but he tells me constantly how sometimes he's ordered the 510 skinny jeans and the color is completely off from the picture or the fit is weird usually by the waist. you have every right to be disappointed especially from a brand that is such a household name! I hope your returns work out for you!
