You're completely right about the "delicate time" families are in and how finanical transations in return for funeral services is not the easiest subject to broach, however I think some families exploit this angle for monitary gain, they know if some tears are shed and lawyers mentioned they can name their term. In other cases I seen it just displaced grief, they lash-out at the directors because they have no other way to express their pain. While the last third of my own "dysfunction rainbow" are just dicks that like to give everyone a hard time regarless of the circumstances. At fisrt I was shocked and discouraged by people giving me shit when I was just trying to serve them as best as I could, but after a while I just let it slide 'cause I wasn't getting paid enough to break a sweat over it. You're very strong as I can tell from the summer you weathered, however I can "see" you're also quite refined from your writings, I don't think you'll have any problems.
