I have 3 cats and and I adore each one, but one of them I have a truly special relationship, I call her my soul cat aha... maybe it's rarer but I think you cash definitely have this relationship with cats! The bonds we can have with animals in general is so special 😊

*sniff* Yes, pets can be the same way. I had one cat for 13 years and she was mine, she only had "eyes" for daddy. Miss her so much after rough days. And as odd as this may seem I actually had 3 pet fish for 10 years that were great "listeners" when I was in middle school and high school.
