Avoiding writing is a noble task. I'm avoiding grading - I wish more of my students did more of what you're doing (they never believe me when I tell them I'm going to flunk them automatically if they turn in their papers).

Here's to hoping you're feeling better soon, though. I'd say, rejoice! the world is a fine place, and worth fighting for... but I'm about to go open the NYT after writing this, and I bet it'd prove me a liar.

sorry it takes me forever to get back. finals suck like that. yes i have a silver hoop in it right now but it started doing weird stuff like being swollen in the morning so i switch from the labret thing and the hoop back and forworth.
