Apart from having sinus problems when I awoke this morning, and spending most of Australia Day in bed, I've had an awesome 24 hours.

Head explodey feelings aside, I feel good!

Work hasn't been too bad.. that is until today. We had our first tears in the team. I felt very sorry for the girl in my team that took the call. It's going to be an emotional ride over the next few months.

I haven't cried yet, but I know it will come. Especially if I'm assigned to the sensitive claims involving fatalities.
