It's true, you should eat. I tend to go for long periods of time without eating, and then wonder why I have to catch my breath walking up the stairs. I make shakes and smoothies....good way to start if your mouth is saying no to food. Miso is also good, easy to make, drink and has protein and other good stuff.

Sometimes the only thing I can eat is icecream. I also take medication that fucks with my stomach. The other morning I had icecream and a waffle cone for breakfast

Well, honey, things always look brighter at dawn. And...I think it's a struggle for everyone to truly know people, and to feel known in return...

I can't speak from anyone's experience but my own..but after eight years as close friends, I finally feel like Tricia knows me. My mom knows me. I hope my father knows me, but I'm not sure. My ex-boyfriend B knows the me I was two years ago, and to some extent the me I am now, but as with everything else, it's a continuum.

Sometimes having few or no ties can be great..but sometimes being tied to someone takes away that harsh grating loneliness that keeps one up at night.

I hope things look better soon. Sometimes it's not a change in circumstances but in one's outlook that makes things better.
