you know, i'm very similar. i'm really mad, a lot of the time, and i don't have a sufficient outlet for it. a lot of it comes out in being an asshole in the same situation you mentioned. i was told years ago by an ex that i was just too angry and i've never figured out how to deal with it.

Sounds like you had a great birthday as well. Mine was pretty simple and low-key, had several friends over and we had tea and pies and ice cream and quesadillas. I think that I ate too much!!!
