So i wake up this morning still drunk (long night and needless to say i'm never drinking wine again) and go outside to smoke a cigarette. In the door handle is one of those stupid flyers crazy christians stick in your door while sleeping. Normally i don't even bother to read them and usually just throw them away. This one though had a very interesting...

Hmmm so thinking has consequences. Yeah progress, getting outta the cave, music, literature and advances in medicine. I sure could do without thinking - not

When is it that you are playing in Sweden?
Ok so finally home. The hurricane didn't blow my house away and the floods didn't float it down river. It is fucking hot here though. I don't remember it being that hot when i left. Not feeling too good right now. I think i'm fighting a cold, flu, or something. The band started practicing while i was gone, so i think all is going well....

The Mist has always been one of my favorite short stories by Stephen King and i think the Movie is one of the best adaptations of his work so far. I loved how they put the focus away from the monsters and onto the religious dispute. But the best thing is the ending, which is NOT by King ! It was a brilliant Idea to tell the story exactly up to the point where the short story ended (I exactly remembered the last scene from the story even after many years) and then take it just one step further and turn it into something completely different
And where did you see spiders ? I remember tentacles and giant insects, but no spiders

Started the week out at Bloodstock in the UK. Literally i was out in a field in the middle of nowhere for a 3 day metal festival. I'll tell you i had the time of my life. Slept in a tent for 3 days and literally was drunk the entire time. Had to do all this press on top of it and the best part...

Glad you enjoyed Bloodstock - but it's the wettest August in the UK for 150 years, so you get a medal for sleeping in a tent.
You are so right about Ryanair - I was stranded in Dublin overnight when I found that the return flight they'd sold me just didn't exist. They refused to refund the ticket because it says in the small print you should always check at an airport that a flight actually exists. (Me: 'But you've just sold me something that doesn't exist! Look - 19.30 tonight, printed on the ticket. Seat 19 b.' Ryanair: 'It's your fault. Read the small print in future.']
Good luck with the tour.

Ok so i did watch a movie at home this past Friday. Anyone who has seen a preview for a movie called Funny Games and thinks it might be good DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I honestly want those 2 hours of my life back. The acting was great, but it really was the worst movie i have ever seen. After seeing it i still...

i knew what the point of the film was; i just didn't think it was handled very well. I think i should definitely check out the original though. Maybe my problem was i wasn't effected by the violence. I have a habit of always expecting more than get.
Sorry to say no movie reviews this week for you. Last weekend wasn't too exciting. Was so tired from everything last week pretty much just chilled and did nothing over the weekend. I did hit the beach for a couple hours again on Sunday though. Attempted skim boarding for the first time in a very long time. Nothing broken, so i think it was a...

Ok so i actually went and had a grown up night on Friday. Nice dinner, nice wine, and i even put on a dress. Funny thing though even with a nice dress on i still look like a freak. Ended the night off with a little X Files 2. To be honest with you, i really liked it. You could tell they didn't have much...

Well i saw The Dark Knight preopening night, and than again over the weekend. Good movie, but i thought a little too overhyped. I don't know with all the talk surrounding it as the greatest movie ever made i wanted to see the greatest movie ever made. Don't get me wrong it was a really good movie, but i wouldn't put it up there as...

Hey, got my order in! Thanks for that. Seems like i'm spending my weekends trying to catch with you in the movie watching stakes. You seem to be seeing stuff i want to see every week! Not sure the X files movie is gonna be up there though. I'm intrigued, but after so many good movies recently, i reckon there has to be a let down soon. Oh yeah, caught you on facebook as well, i see your plans for world domination are coming along nicely.
Funny thing is tattoos are always a great idea till you wake up the next morning and don't want to move. Finally got my Halloween piece started last night. After about 3 hours on my ribs and getting about a quarter of it done i had to call it quits. Went home drank a bunch of beer to make the pain go away. I was...

I saw Lennon play in Billings Montana in the early 2000's, she is awesome!
Back in Orlando catching up on normal life. 4th of July went really well. My neighbors are pyromaniacs, so they were setting off fireworks (big and small) for at least 2-3 hrs. It was cool to be so close to the action. I played with my small fountains, but luckily didn't end of burning myself or blowing up my car. Saw Wall E on Sunday....

Shame you couldn't make the Inverness Ironworks but I wish you all the best on tour!
Today somewhere in Indianapolis i sit. My head hurts and i am ready for another cigarette. Out on the road right now helping a friend out with his merch, so not too stressful a job. Anyway free beer is always good. Got the new Palaniuk book yesterday (Choke), so hopefully in the next couple of days i can find some time to start reading it....

Lazy Tuesday. I am so tired from this past weekend. The little one turned 3 on Sunday, so of course i went overboard on the party. The party went perfect, but now just trying to recover. Who would have thought a little kid's birthday party could be so draining. Finally went back to work on the acoustic record since my mouth has healed, and surprising...
