only word to describe it. It chucked it down with rain..and i mean
big old fat rain!! and they still played on. Stompin around in the mud to

I just got the first edition of Herbivore magazine, and it is wonderful!!! It's all about veg*ian culture, and it's funny, witty, interesting, and features my rad friend Sarah Kramer on the cover. It just doesn't get any better.

the magazines i read regularly are spin, alternative press and q magazine. i read a lot of music/entertainment magazines, and usually i'll buy whichever ones have a band i like on the cover.

Thanks for all the book ideas; I went to the library today and picked up my first stack. I got a biography of Johnny Weissmuller (aka Tarzan), Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury, As I Lay Dying by William Faulkner, and Full Frontal Fiction, the best of nerve.com. That should keep me going for the next week at least.

Tales of a Female Nomad- story of a woman traveling around the world by herself. I couldn't put it down, and I've given it to at least 4 or 5 people (the cashiers at the local bookstore must think I'm nuts every time I go in to buy it yet again.)

My second choice, particularly if you're into food, would be A Cook's Tour. Tony Bourdain is badass.

Ah well...there are kitties outside in the dark now having tremendous fights; graduations was two days ago & so the campus is empty-they must be fightin' to see who's top dog. I downloaded TIOB and I like them (they remind me of early Maiden & all those Nordic death rock bands) but I can't find TAN...sucks.
If you like tea have you tried yerba mate? Some people hate it because it tastes like the output from a woodchipper in the Amazon but that's alright by me.
Someone keeps me that "The Ring" is freaky, I'll just have to see...the last movie that really messed with my head was "Prince of Darkness"-made me ascared to look in mirrors or go to sleep...gaaahhh!!!
