I love old school tattoos too. But i can't bring myself to get any "image" on my body, just black abstract things, which mean something to ME... but are pretty non-descript to other people. I do love the classics on other people though. I can't wait to see the finished product!

I don't think it's as much that you need to look deeper at what you're experiencing in recent times. You just need to start relating it back to your past, finding trends, etc. Find out where things went wrong, and, more importantly, is it happening over and over again, and if so, why? What are you letting in that's causing you so much heartbreak? Tough questions, but an answer well worth it.
i just interviewed this kid, 15-year old, for a story, and he's this really adorable fucking guitarist/singer who's into led zep, sly & the family stone, the shins and wu-tang. he can wax poetic on why the velvet underground were important to rock 'n roll and still feel overwhelmed by bob dylan. raddest little kid i ever met and he owes it all to his parents. good eggs. i want my kids to be like that.
