I have no doubt that members / readers of this group, are fans of chicken wings.

I buy family packs of whole wings, and quickly separate the sections, with the help of a small cleaver. I don't save or use the tip sections . . . they're not worth the …

Wings? Oh hell yes.

I do them without a lot of fuss though.

Take the naked wings, still frozen from the store and toss em into a fryer full of peanut oil.
Let them go for 14-16 minutes at 375.

Lift, drain, and toss in equal parts Franks Red Hot and melted butter.
Or, equal parts Cholula and melted butter.

Speaking of which, I think I'm going to be contributing wings for this Sunday's game!!!

I marinate mine in a mix of blackening spices and olive oil overnight.

Then I grill them on a very hot grill, getting them good and crispy.

Roll them through another mix of blackening spices and oil, and done. Good!

ive made shitloads of wings in my time, some for a show this summer which was great,
wire is one option but you can use anything that you can make into a shape if its not to heavy, say this wooden stuff, which is really flexible but like dowel is really good for wings cos it can be bent in half and bounces back. but wire is your best bet for big wings i think.
after makign the wire frames i would wrap the wire with like an inch strip of your fabric (to cover the wire makign it more attractive but also makes them way nicer to work with and you can sew kinda into the wire then, wel around it... making sense?)
cover with fabric, pull taugh, and either glue or hand stitch or zig zag around on machine....
also for wings, fabrics like organsers and stuff turn out beatiful if you apply a little heat to them or mayb burn holes. it just looks amazing on wings....

good luck, show us the results, sorry i wrote so much crap, if you have any questions please mail me

I saw my first live hockey game on Saturday - Sharks vs. Red Wings. What an amazing game! Although the Red Wings should not have let so many goals in, it was exciting to have such a close game the whole time. We need Legace back, that's for sure. I'm …

The difference between birds and their wings, and the wings of the aspirations of intelligent men, is that birds fly on their wings towards a certain direction, whereas intelligent men fly on the wings of their aspirations away from all directions.
