the guy sarge you're talking about...he used to be a pretty good lawyer. i'm not sure what happened, i only know that much info.
Well if your story holds water, then something along the lines of: Too much acid, or uhmm possibly a mental break down combined with too much acid.
He seems to ramble and talk to himself every time I've seen him.
