I searched Hi and Low and didn't find a thread that listed name changes. It isn't always obvious especially if you have spent some time away from SG. So I figured why not have a thread for name changes to make it easier.

Just curious. I’ve never been one to have that many friends, but as I’ve gotten older, more and more of them have seemed to move away. I’m more or less down to 2-3 and everyone has their own lives so it can be difficult to get together sometimes.

This might sound like an obvious question, but do you find it helpful when your partner/significant other also cares about exercise/eating healthy? And do you find it a hindrance if they don’t?

I agree with @SDAWG74... I guess for me it would be important to have some alignment about it.

I mean, we don't need to share the interest in the same activities or do it in the same intensity/frequency... But if my partner was into a *totally different* lifestyle, I think it would be a hindrance in the long run 🤔

IMO absolutely. Holding each other accountable can be very helpful, at least for me. Being an independent person, I could stick to it on my own...but it makes it fun having a partner there doing it with you. Helps keep you bonded doing things like that together. 😊
