I’ve had a stressful few days. Yet, my garden always brings me back to calm. One of the best treatments for depression, anxiety, panic attacks and many other mental health problems is simply reconnecting with nature.

@shenzy that is a good smell. My favorite is lavender. I think it is that because I had the most success with lavenders early in my gardening journey. Plus, I love watching the bees on lavender.

Currently my motivation is to walk from point A to point B and back. A distance of around 190 miles. My goal is to 3+ miles one way (6+ miles round-trip) every other day. I want to achieve my goal before winter shuts me down. That distance is my goal, and as long as I reach it, I've succeeded. Next year I'll try another outdoor goal.

Not only do I get exercise, but I get my ass off the couch, away from the fridge, and I get some great fresh air.

The fact that you actually open them and listen to them makes you MORE of a collector in my opinion. I would definitely recommend investing in a better turntable setup and learning how to handle the records properly so you can enjoy them for years to come! Also, I have both of those albums and they're both great pressings!

Geek and nerd culture has largely been appropriated from us. It's not really even a thing anymore. For thr most part, it's a good thing. Kids today, for all the stress they still have, can with a quick websearch, can rest a bit knowing that others share their same interests.
