Reading a physical book puts me in a meditative state. So, after being bombarded with messaging and imagery, it’s a tool that helps me unplug from the outside world for a while.

I came off all social media for the good of my mental health. I can usually be found at home, reading anything I can get my hands on, with tunes on in the background. I'm so much happier with no social media in my life. The only scrolling I do now is on here, but I'm sure thats ok 😉
