Has anyone ever gotten a Medical warning Tattoo?

Last year I underwent Deep Brain Stimulation (bigger more powerful pace-maker, except its in my brain). Yes, scary as f&%k.

I recently got a tattoo in the middle of my chest, (near the battery/control module).

The tattoo isn't for anything particular, but …

I’ve seen discussions about the DNR tattoo specifically and it was said that tattoos do not carry any weight, though I’m not sure where those individuals were located. MedicAlert bracelets and necklaces are what paramedics and other HCPs are going to look for and act based upon, and those exist in Australia, so I suggest getting one in addition to your tattoo.

With my tremors bracelets and necklaces annoy the hell out of me. The ink is there so if I'm in an emergency and my shirt is cut open it's visible and the scar and battery pack are visible or easy to feel. It's not going to change much about how I'm treated (except I hope they don't put me in an MRI). But will supply some medical information prior to treatment.
