this is by far my favourite way to wear my hair.
French / Dutch braids (I forget which ones they are)

But with 4 of them instead of two.

I’ve been getting quite good at braiding my own hair but not at this level.

An ex friend would do them …

I was thinking about this the other day. Just the super-memorable/impressionable/delicious moments playing video games.

1. When playing the original Halo, in the silent cartographer mission, I drove the warthog WAY into the base until it couldn't go further. I went in, completed the objectives, then was getting chased by …

5. Half-Life 2 - We Don't Go to Ravenholm. This level terrified my older brother, and I was just playing it with a huge smile on my face. I loved the gravity gun, using the traps, Father Grigori, the new zombies, and finally getting on the elevator after the rush of fast zombies.

4. Metal Gear Solid - fighting a god damn tank! Little 8 year old me couldn't control themselves, man. After destroying it, that's when Solid Snake became my favorite character of all time.

3. Mass Effect 2 - surviving the suicide mission with all crew mates alive. It took me three tries to do it because I couldn't move on with losing Tali & Thane.

2. P.T. - I was playing it late at night, and kept hearing the voice on the radio saying "I'm behind you", and different variants of the same sentence. The was one of the few times I was freaked the fuck out playing a game, so after going through the door, I paused, drank some tea to calm my nerves, and then boom. Ghost Lady. I fucking jumped off the couch and dropped the controller.

1. The Last of Us - first ten minutes of the game. I was playing it while my roommates were watching, and when the opening credits started, we just looked at each other trying to process everything. I yelled out "These are the same people who made Crash Bandicoot! WTF?"

5. Oddworld Abe's Odyssey- The ending of the game on the original PlayStation was my first taste of good and bad endings for games. I got the bad ending my first playthrough and saw Abe get killed after all that hard work beating the game.

4. Spiderman (PlayStation)- The part where Carnage and Doc Ock fused together was absolutely scary and it wasn't a boss fight, you are running from him to get out of an exploding building.

3. Kingdom Hearts 2- Fighting Sephiroth, the boss fight that is so hard that you need to at least have all your drive abilities maxed out to compete. Also when One Winged Angel starts playing and you know you are in for a long fight.

2. Dead Space- Surviving both hunter encounters. The hunter is a big regenerating necromorph that will not relent unless you figure out how the game wants you to eliminate them. It is very satisfying to kill the toughest opponent in the game.

1. Bloodborne- Getting the real ending with beating the master hunter and the moon prescience, so satisfying with all that work paying off becoming the new god of that world.
