So it looks like the Path is the important part (as seems to be the case in PS3 as well) as it tells you which Game is involved. The files inside determine whether you're moving the Game itself or its Save file.
content.bin = Game/Channel
data.bin = Save file

naw man, just copy the data to a flash drive and erase from your PS3 hard drive. Clickity Click, Barba-Trick!

hmm, well...just means you gotta start from scratch, but you should still be able to import the wii-mii's in that mii app.

So I recently bought a Wii. I've already beaten Zelda: Twilight Princess. Awesome game, but reminds why I only tend to buy multiplayer console games 'cause I enjoy spending time with people, not huddled in front of the TV playing 'til all hours of the morning. I get a "little" obsessed.
