we are all part of this group because we all like IBTs... but what specifically attracts you to IBTs?... is it that sometimes the areola can seem so much more bigger in relative terms?... maybe its the way that IBT nipples tend to point upwards?...

Well...hmm...I really have absolutely nothing there to worry about sagging, but if they do start to when i get older I'll just chop what I have off. But I'm not planning on living all that long so hopefully I won't have to worry about that
