it was bonfire night, well guy fawkes night actually. a long long time ago some bloke called guy fawkes plotted to blow-up the houses of parliament. he failed & was burned alive i think or something like that, i hated history lessons at school & don't think i actually took any of it in, hence the very vague explanation!
no-one really celebrates it as guy fawkes night really anymore, it's just an excuse for pepole to let fireworks off & for stupid kids to injure themselves, or tie bangers to cats tails!

that site fucking rules btw. I now have a new desktoped beamed to me from the sombrero galaxy, to the hubble, to me. It makes me want to stare at my lcd monitor all day long.,
