There are times where the people are turning away from me. I have no power over them, I only control my actions and my thoughs. And I can concentrate on small daily things, overseen by others, ignored by the most but simply beautiful and breathtaking. I wish everybody a good start into the new week.

Thanks.  You too!

@headshot ... is is an old pagan German-Allemanic tradition to say farewell to the Winter time and ward off some evil spirits. We gather togehter around a huge bonfire, meet people, hear music, drink beer and eat a nice sausage. The creepy thing is that there is a woman's figure on the top which is also burning. Some say that it is a witch but in the past it was the goddess of death and rebirth. We call the event "Funken", but it is a short form of "Funkenfeuer".

Thank you very much for the clarification! ❤️Without context, the photo looks ambiguous 😅 So this is another holiday? The last post was about NARRENSPRUNG.

... and the city was full with strange peoples wearing masks, jumping around, playing jokes, drinking beer and eating a good Baumstriezl :)

The sky is grey, but people are all wearing bright costumes and trying to have fun. I like ❤️

Yes indeed, Torino has that almond paste inside, usually people prefer that one over Ragusa.

@sdawg74 I will try both of them next time I have the possiblility and let you know. Until then I will go with regular RitterSport and my favourite milk from Lindt ;)
