Just finished reading that book. It is short, somehow painful but interesting and giving a new perspecitve on the life in a modern society. A story about a human/robot/vulcan person. Logic paired with the love to a ..... store. A strange story which questions the motivation and rules in the modern society. Great book, if you visit a 7-11, a Family Mart or a Lawson in Japan you will understand that book and love the things there, especially the warm Pizza-man or the Frankfurter sausage and you start to see the people working there with another eyes....
