Being sad if fucking lame !!! life is to short to be sad all the damn time . i keep telling myself to be happy because it could be so much worse my life is pretty good actually but for some stupid ass reason im incapable of being happy for more than 2 days straight . am i bipolar?

most areas over free or sliding scale counseling based on your income. never hurts to talk to a doc. I'm a counselor myself
