I'm actually a bit of an organ music junky.
Especially modern works and, or course, Bach.
A few years ago a saintly friend bought me a set of the complete organ works of Bach played (wherever possible) on the actual organs he composed them for and other historic organs of his time.

The best software for ripping CD's, I think, is CDex.
It's free and pretty easy to use.
It should be easy to find on google.
You need to set the sample rate.
Most people these days use 192 but my ears seem to get agitated if it's less than 224.
Of course bigger bit rate = bigger files.
Perhaps you can just clone the disk and we can swap postal addresses so I can send you the fabled Josquin or whathave you.
