well, i'm back from school and was pleasantly surprised to come home to a house with electricity! NOT TO MENTION LIFE SAVING A/C!!! 
so now i have a few hours to rest before heading out to meet friends for a round or two. i'm also meeting a really cute 1L whom i met last week. she's into all the heavy music that i enjoy, so hopefully tonight leads to something beyond just a casual social thing.
