Well as expected my doorstep was NOT littered with tacky little cards But Amenica1 (my flat mate) bought me a little bottle of Bailey's to cheer me up
And my friend in Spain called me which was nice cuz i aint spoken to him in far too long and i really miss him

On Tuesday I met the dude my friend is trying to set me up with, he seems ok (at least he doesnt seem like a serial killer) and he mentioned going for a few drinks on Friday but we were interupted at that point.....grrrrrr. I wouldnt mind cuz i think when someone has had a few to drink they have less inhibitions and so reveal the real person they are (or is that just an excuse to get myself to go out and get drunk?)

Anyway if he calls tomorrow I will consider it.

Other then that nothing interesting has happened this week as usual so I will leave this update at that

Well its Friday......

My date text me and cancelled cuz he said he is ill but im not suprised
I suppose i should just accept his reason for cancelling but you know what its like....there is always the thought in the doubt in the back of your head "maybe he/she is just making excuses and just doesnt want to go out with me"
I am a little gutted but hey thats life *sigh*
