It appears that I have returned from a month in splendid isolation in the back-woods of British Columbia. Glad to be back in SG, although I can't honestly say I'm glad to be back in "civilization" in general. It appears that humanity has not improved its nature overall while I was gone, alas (based on reading the news WWW sites, etc).

Maybe on my next trip.

Luckily a few beautiful people (beautiful in spirit and/or body) on SG can restore my weakened faith in humanity.
