I started putting in the new floor.....that and all other work on the house will be on-going. It will probably take me a while, working in my 'free' time. I'm going to have to get sombody to help me move the stupid marble table.
Not looking forward to that.

My grandmother didn't sell the family farm yet, but I'm sure she wants to before winter. It is too bad, I grew up there...... it is my eden.

I found out yesterday that a cousin got hit by a road-side bomb in Afganistan. They're flying him to Germany for surgery, but it sounds like he'll lose his legs or be paralyzed.

I watched 'The Crazies' this morning......I give it an A- and that is with me being from Iowa.

For now, I get to work the weekend! so I'm off to shower........
