Just got done running.....whew.....I didn't yesterday, because I had some stuff to do, and didn't want to be too tired to do that stuff. Should have anyhow.......
Got my house 98% cleaned...dishes done, laundry, etc...
Was hungry for noodles, and cooked a simple delicious rotini alfredo......
Today is Venison roast cooked with sweet onion, in a blackberry merlot sauce. Will probably have it with sliced tomatoes and feta, drizzled with garlic infused E.V. olive oil. Sliced apple for desert.
A beer would be great too, but i have to go to work

i drink before work every day. but yesterday i only had one. i was proud of myself.
im glad youre keeping up with the running. i was thinking about joining a pilates class or something. sadly, im not a big fan of cardio. but i did enjoy pilates when i was doing it.
