I got back to the US yesterday, and home at 1:00 this morning.......23 hours after my day started in Amsterdam.
It was an amazing trip, both heaven and hell......heaven for the things I saw and did, the woman of my dreams that I spent it with, the perfection of almost every moment.......hell because it is still a world apart from me, and a fantasy that had to end.
The unspeakable truth is that I would happily trade everything that my life is for a continuation of what the last month has been........I would get back on the damn plane and do it all again right now.
I have too many photos to simply throw some up here, and I have not the will to sort them now. I also have a few crappy videos that I will have to figure out how to size and post.
So, I guess I"ll post a real blog when I get around to it.....

How did you like Hamburg?
Too bad you didnt like Berlin that much, but I was born and raised in this city so everything is normal to me of course. I would really like to be a stranger and visit Berlin for the first time. I wonder what my impressions would be.
We have some tough areas but you cant quite compare them to some areas you have in Washington DC or New York. Quite more dangerous than here.
I am glad you found some places you really enjoyed. What was the weirdest german thing you experienced?
I have uploaded 2 videos to sg long time ago, each accompanied by a song from Warren Suicide.
I dont like every song produced by them but the ones I like, I will love forever.
I dont think I have any specific recommendations at the moment. I dont know much about music.
edit: I could never give up on my fantasies, no matter if they are doomed to never come true. I think its fun. And who knows!!
