well, the strep throat is gone. but today i got stuck in an elevator in my building for an hour and a half with 5 strangers! the elevator mechanics opened up this secret door in the panel of the car and had us step across the elevator shaft- as we're three floors up, mind you- into the car next to it.

good times!!!

so it's 11 pm and i am just now getting onto my computer. my boot drive was at full capacity the other day, so i had the brilliant idea to transfer all the files off of it onto my other drive. i made sure to not move any files that would interfere with starting the computer... or so i thought. several hours later, gonzo77 and deceptiviewfilm finagled it to work again. *shakes head* sometimes i amaze myself. i stumble through life with my boots untied. and yet, i am still moving forward. really, you just have to have a good laugh about it all. it's the only way to survive- nay, thrive.
