holy hell, camping! i don't even know where to start. it was pretty fucking spectacular.

yeah i had a great time. not even going to name names because that would take ALL night but a big ol shout out to all of you. met some new faces, missed a few no shows, got to spend quality time with all my favorite sg people, kissed a couple of purdy ladies, and held a flag at the most winful wedding of the century. got a workout climbing all those freakin hills. came home with 15 pounds of weiners, a handful of skeeter bites, and a narsty head cold. do hot dogs reproduce in coolers when you aren't looking?

the best part? getting to bring captain clifton along with me to share the adventure. oh captain, my captain, i am so thankful that you are a part of my life.

and a special thank you to james13 for the lovely birthday card that i received by the fire. it was a real treat!

as per usual, i will be turning on my friends request for a week or two. if i didn't meet you at camping and you somehow sneak in there, ya best be havin a good reason to friend me. yarrrgh!

and now time to unpack (and hopefully no more spiders will crawl out from bags or boxes), go look at everyone's pics, take a fucking glorious suburban shower, and get a good nights sleep. might be tough, as 4 days on a mountain has fucked up my equilibrium something fierce. i keep feeling like i am leaning forward on a hill even though i'm sitting perfectly still and level.
