bah. another rejected set. i'm not upset, as i knew it was going to be rejected. i also didn't accept the scs offer, as i don't think it was my best work. but i'm most likely going to post my fave pics for yr viewing pleasure.
and from now on, i will no longer be shooting in july or august unless it is in a meat locker. i look totally frizzled!
lots of stuff going on this month that i'm excited about. it is, after all, my favorite season and halloween is coming bitches! yayayay!
let's see, what have i been up to...friday night katerina and i went to a local bar to see one of my old old friends new band play. she got to meet some of my h.s peeps from back in the day, back when i was a stringy-haired 14 year old in puppy love with a rock star, slummin' it at the mall and building forts in the woods behind burger king. chain wallets and nirvana t-shirts, oh yeah i miss those days.
saturday...well, saturday blew.
yesterday gonzo77 and i attempted to go pumpkin picking. the farm was so jam packed with stupid soccer moms in minivans with screaming brats in tow that we high-tailed it out of there in 10 minutes. i did manage to pick up some pumpkin butter and apple muffin mix. cooked a nice chicken dinner and reread one of my alltime favorite books, quozl. i think it's the only sci-fi book i've ever read and it's awesomesauce. overall, a nice, stress-free evening with the man. i needed it real bad!
my boss is finally back to work, taking a HUUUGE load off my shoulders.
there is a certain party i am very excited about. i miss my boys in the bruns!
a japanese photo student took my pic on the street today. i said konichiwa, and he bowed. it was pretty neat. my beer is done, and i'm thinking about fast food.
