waiting for my work friend to show up. listening to dropkick murphys, wearing green, and feeling just a little self-conscious of how i'm a little bit blindly going with the flow of a long-since commercialized holiday.
at least i'm actually irish. it cracks me up to see all my latina coworkers wearing green shirts and green ribbons in their hair and eating sodabread. not getting down on anybody, i'm just amused. it pisses me off when stupid loud terminal preppie types use it as an excuse to drink at odd hours and vomit in public!
so while i'm waiting, i cleaned out my friends list, and rearranged my top 5.
friends list: i got rid of some grey people that i wasnt particularly close with. left a few grey people that i'm hoping will one day come back. hopefully i will have offended someone greatly, as i am wont to do.
top 5: i figured my "real life" friends already know that i'm friends with them, so i'm putting my favorite sg friends there instead. and no point in repeating my fave sg's in my friends, as i've already got em listed elsewhere.
unfortunately, there is only room for 5, but since so many of you nice little fuckers have top 5'ed me, i figured i'd return the favor. and hopefully, i'll remember to rotate the following people in at some point, because i love you guys:
derceto- long overdue
12angrybadgers- best icon ever, btw
jatratch- or jayblank, or whatever the fuck yr s/n is now
ferretbite- who always has a way of cheering me up
james 13- ditto on that cheering up stuff
infinity- i owe ya one

last night, after more of the fight, i got back into a funk and dragged gonzo out to our local watering hole. proceeded to warm myself up for tonight and got drinkety drunk.
i'm just going to keep my mouth shut from now on. i emailed strumpet and bee trying to help things, and i think i made it worse. so it goes. i don't know my ass from my elbow these days. maybe if i try putting my head in the sand for a while longer, this will work itself out!
anyway, keep yr fingers crossed that i dont encounter any of the pukeness tonight!
