Wow...what a weekend.
Dispaches from the sidekick!
So I overdid it thursday, woke up even more sick friday. Missed another day of work. Stayed home drinking tea and air shield most of the day, except for a little adventure with strumpet involving a long ride to hoboken. Katerina came by after dinner and she and I went to qxt's to meet up with sgnj... unfortunately strumpet, gonzo77, mobilman75, and bee the bf did not join us as planned. Q's was fun but I was so miserably sick I couldn't properly enjoy it. Boo!
Saturday morning I woke up feeling 100% better. Dragged katerina shopping for fiddle faddle and alcohol at sams club. Spent the day getting ready for the par-tay, ha ha. Yeah we threw a housewarming party. A massive one, I think there were 30 people there! I won't go into details, but we were shocked at how much alcohol was left sunday morning, as we assumed that we drank it all. It was ridiculous.
hilarity ensued and I have a lot of explaining to do at work today.
Anyhoo, about to change trains. More to come!
